Last month, many candidates from many districts in the state went on strike demanding jobs. They also filed a complaint in the Calcutta High Court in January this year but a single bench of the Calcutta High Court later stayed the case. The division bench dismissed the allegation last Thursday in March. The struggle of the board of primary education did not stop here. They appeared before a division bench of Justices Soumen Sen and Saugat Bhattacharya of the Calcutta High Court on Wednesday and received a positive response from them. Even the next time they appeal to the Supreme Court and there the same decision is upheld. It was informed that it is mandatory to post the merit list in all the areas of the state where there are offices of the Board of Primary Education within two weeks.
