The 43 members of Mamata Banerjee’s third cabinet took oath at 11:15 am on Monday in the shortest swearing-in ceremony. As more than one minister has got the previous ministry, many ministers have been reshuffled. 24 of them are full ministers. There are 10 independent state ministers and 9 state ministers.
