Cyclone Tauktae Likely To Hit In Six States, High Alert Konkan on Coastal Belt


The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has recently warned against Cyclone Tauktae which will form over Southeast Arabian Sea on Saturday. is likely to hit six states and they are Maharashtra, Goa, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Gujarat. NDRF were deployed in all the six-state as IMD informed that wind with a speed of up 150-160 Kmph. As per the reports, The Konkan coastal belt of Maharashtra has been put on high alert with Cyclone Tauktae expected to hit and make landfall on either Saturday.
