Patiala House Court issues arrest warrant against Abhishek Banerjee’s wife Rujira

A Delhi court has issued a warrant against Abhishek's wife Rujira. He has been ordered to appear in court by August 20.

Despite repeated summons to the Enforcement Directorate in the coal smuggling case, the Patiala House Court in the capital Delhi has issued a bailable warrant against Rujira Banerjee for refusing to appear.

It is learned that Abhishek once appeared at the ED office in New Delhi for questioning. But Ruzira did not go despite the notice.

That is why the ED has filed a case in the Patiala House Court. The court allowed him to be arrested on that basis.

However, from the beginning, Abhishek Banerjee said that he or his wife had no problem appearing in the ED office. If you call a hundred times, they will go a hundred times.
But they are being summoned to the ED's Delhi office for political purposes. There is an ED office within ten kilometers of their residence in Kolkata, they could have been called there, but they have not been called to Delhi.
